To better support these active guests, the resort’s spa team sought new ways to elevate post-activity recovery.

The Challenge
Guests visiting the resort often engage in high-intensity outdoor activities and return to the property in need of effective and convenient recovery options. The challenge was to provide a solution that offered professional-grade recovery tools without requiring a spa appointment or fitness staff supervision—something that could be accessed privately, efficiently, and at the guest’s convenience.

The Solution
In partnership with Hyperice, 360 Athletics helped Four Seasons Whistler integrate the Hyperice Hospitality Gear Lending Program directly into the resort’s spa operations. The resort adopted the Recovery Suite Packs, which include the Hypervolt Go 2, Normatec Elite, Normatec Backpack, and Venom 2 Back. These packs are offered to guests through an on-demand gear lending model—available via concierge or recovery station request. Guests received fully charged recovery kits in their rooms, along with user-friendly guides and branded materials to maximize ease of use.

The Result
The introduction of the Hyperice Recovery Suite Packs has enhanced the spa's service offering and elevated the overall guest experience. Guests now benefit from convenient, in-room access to advanced recovery tools, aiding in muscle relief and relaxation after intense physical activities. This added service has improved satisfaction scores, contributed to the resort’s wellness reputation, and created a unique amenity that aligns with the expectations of active travelers seeking luxury and performance recovery in one location.
