Benefits of Compression Therapy
Circulation & Blood Flow
Compression therapy stimulates blood flow, promoting quicker delivery of oxygen and nutrients while flushing out waste products. This boosts recovery and reduces fatigue after physical activity.
Reduce Muscle Soreness and Inflammation
Compression therapy is known to decrease delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), a common aftereffect of intense exercise. By targeting specific muscle groups, the compression helps reduce swelling and inflammation.
Accelerated Muscle Recovery
Compression therapy speeds up muscle recovery by reducing tightness and inflammation, helping the body heal faster and minimizing downtime between workouts or events.
Relax. Recover. Recharge.
Compression Systems
By applying controlled pressure to the muscles, these devices help flush out toxins, reduce soreness, and enhance lymphatic drainage, leading to faster recovery times.
The combinations of cold therapy with compression reduces swelling, inflammation, and pain. The cold numbs the area, while compression enhances circulation, speeding up recovery and relieving soreness or injury discomfort.
Only the Hyperice X offers both Hot and Cold contract therapy. Temperatures ranging from +35° F to +115° F [+1.6° C to +46° C]
