LED stands for Light Emitting Diode, which is a tiny computer chip encased in glass. Each LED emits a wavelength of light that provides unique therapeutic benefits. Each Recovery Loop pod is equipped with 80 medical-grade LEDs.

What is LightStim?

How To Use

  • Step One

    Choose either the short or long strap. Usually the short strap is best for the arm or leg and the long strap for the waist.

  • Step Two

    Clip the Recovery Loop to the strap eyelet. The velcro side of the strap faces away from the body and the smooth side touches the skin.

  • Step Three

    Adjust and fasten the strap so that the Recovery Loop pod is secure and in place. The pod should be tight enough so that it doesn't slip when moving your body.

  • Step Four

    Use for 20 minutes and then move to a new area that needs relief.
